"JUST CALL IT 'THE MATRIX', MY SON WISHES TO MOLD."

THE MATRIX
MEDAL

      Our Blessed Lady requested in an early apparition, in March 1988 that a special medal be struck, with the Cross on one side, and before the Cross, Our Lady on her knees. "I would like my Son's Cross on it, with Me on my knees praying for my children. On the other side, I would like the two Hearts (of Jesus and Mary) weeping tears of blood."
     When asked by Christina what the medal should be called, Our Lady replied: "Simply call it The Matrix. My Son wishes to mold."
     On the same occasion, Our Lady stated: "My child, my Son and I hurt very much when our children do not hear us. Their hearts are closed to Us. Pray, pray, pray and make sacrifices to my Son's Heart, that people will hear us calling them."
     Our Lady laments elsewhere in Her messages to Christina,
     'I am denied my privileges within My Church.'
     When Her rightful place is denied Her, Our Lady's role of motherhood is hampered and Her pain must be analogous to that of a Mother who is denied access to her own babies whom she loves immeasurably, but who are not being brought to their Mother for their nourishment.

FOR CONVERSION AND PROTECTION

By offering Her Matrix Medal 'for conversion' as well as for protection, Our Lady seems to be making provision for children already 'cut-off' from Her. If they need conversion, they have already lost their mother. They need to 'turn back' for that is what 'conversion' actually means. They have drifted away from Jesus and in separating themselves from Him they have lost Her for Jesus and Mary are inseparable. In view of Her unique position as Mother of Grace, Mother of Redemption and so as Queen of Peace, She is permitted to release the power of grace of which She is Treasurer in order to convert souls. This role is expressed well in the epithet She applies to Herself in a separate message to Christina when She says,
'I am the Matrix, the Mediatrix of all graces.'

PROTECTION BY MEANS OF THE MATRIX MEDAL

But the Matrix Medal is also 'for protection.' What kind of protection, we may ask. Naturally, the most important protection is that of our souls. We can deduce this from something Jesus said in a message to Christina when her mother, who was already fragile and fatigued from a chronic asthmatic condition, fell and broke her arm. Christina was puzzled and pained at the additional sufferings sent to her mother and when she queried Jesus He replied,

'I am ruthless with the body, as I was with my own body. . .'

     So clearly, the priority as far as God is concerned, is protection of the soul. Consequently, Our Lady seeks our spiritual protection. The Matrix Medal permits Her to bring this about. Christina saw the great fury of hell against this medal, a fury which offered ample evidence of its extraordinary spiritual power in Our Lady's hands.
.     When Satan appeared to terrify and threaten Christina, he vowed to 'destroy that medal'. He would not have expressed such vehemence were it not for the fact that his evil work was threatened. Once when Christina had placed the Matrix Medal on a dying man - a man who had not been very devout during his life-time, he came to her after his death and thanked her for placing the medal upon him remarking to her 'what a powerful medal that is.'
     When Our Blessed Lady appeared once to Christina holding in one hand the Matrix Medal and in Her other hand the Brown Scapular, enraged demons were attempting to snatch these sacramentals from Her Hands but could not reach them. It was shown to Christina then the elders whom she saw in that deliberation beneath Our Lady in preparation for a judgment of sin in the world were delayed by Our Lady's intervention as She offered through the Matrix Medal and Brown Scapular, tokens of mercy to sinners. Yet, God acquiesced in what Our Lady procured from His mercy and was in perfect harmony with Her intervention.
     Although Our Blessed Lady designated the Matrix Medal 'for Conversion of Protection', very speedily healings of a physical nature were being reported from all over the world.

CANCER OF BODY - CANCER OF SOUL

In an early apparition of the devil, Christina saw people asleep and as they slept the devil towering above them in a large figure was gleefully watching as a swarm of repulsive looking insect-type creatures crawled all over them and through the people's nostrils entered their bodies to gnaw away their vital parts. It was most loathsome to behold and yet, the corrosive destruction of the people's hearts - this frightening cancer of their being which delighted the devil - was illustrating the incisive message in which Our Lady warned on November 29, 1993:

"My children, you do not see the damage you are doing to your souls, and the wrong that is committed against God.
"The powers of darkness blind you from the Truth. Your desires for power, money, lust-fulfillment of the world through your flesh -are deceptions that are like poison.
"So many suffer from cancer, a cancer of the soul. My children drink of the poison and feed it into their souls.
"How long will my children wait before they awaken from their sleep of death?

"Ireland is like a jewel in my crown that once shone brightly. It no longer sparkles. My children, you sleep while you are being robbed of your inheritance of glory."

BLINDNESS OF BODY - BLINDNESS OF SOUL

So many of the messages cry out to us about spiritual blindness,

'Pray for those who are blind and refuse to respond to the truth of my message . . .'

December 28, 1992

Or again on September 5, 1993.
'My children, . . . you think you are wise and learned, you are not, but foolish and blind. . . . .'

'The powers of darkness blind you from the Truth', Our Lady declared in the course of a message to all her children but especially to her people of Ireland when they, in particular, were deceived about the consequences of the Maastrict Treaty.

This is surely the kind of deeper blindness that is highlighted by the significant number of healings directly related to blindness . . . a powerful way of underlining the pathetic call of a Mother to her children in a message on November 29, 1993,
