Any attempt to conjecture the part of this message which Christina has for the time being withheld and then was, for example, attempted in a recent US publication, should be totally ignored as inaccurate and sensationalized.

The following is the message given by Our Lady to Christina on 16 July 2001. It was read aloud on three occasions to all present at Our Lady's House on that day but was not permitted to be written down. Due to insistent calls it is now being released- but only in part. The portion referring to the Holy Father and the Church is not being released at this time.

My children, I am pleased to see you here at My House. How long it has taken for your response! Even today many of you are here only for sensation,- in God it does not exist. When you search for sensation you enter the shadow of darkness. It will lead you far from God, Light and Truth. In My House you will find Truth. You have deserted My House once; do not desert it again. I invite you to come to My House and pray with Me while you still have time. Short is your time before the world is drawn into conflict of war, The Justice of God is at hand and there are so many of My children who are far from Me, drawn into darkness in great deception and sin. Pray with Me in My house for My many lost children. I desire to draw many of My children to My House for healing of soul. Pray with Me for the many within God's Church who are not in the true Spirit of God. I desire that My children respond to My call for their salvation. The world will experience the Justice of God and the Wormwood (Comment on the word 'Wormwood' by Dr. Mc Ginnity: The star of Apocalypse (8:11) named Wormwood falls from the sky and renders water poisonous. It is interesting to note that the word Chernobyl contains a variant of the polish term for Wormwood). How many will experience the sting of the Locust (Christina was shown what Our Lady referred to) - thus, that which looks like locusts but is not of the world. Oh, the calamity that is to befall the world and all its people! My House will be the safe refuge for all those I have called. The Third World War is in its permittance . How blood will flow and run red upon the earth! Hunger cries will be heard in the heavens. The Vicar of Christ ............. ............... Those who seek signs and wonders in falsity of evil will follow and turn away from God and Eternal Life. Then My Triumph will be, as God will purify the earth in His Justice. Fire will fall from the sky; many will lie upon the earth, their corpses will be eaten by wild birds - that which is not burnt in the fire. God's Church has entered its purification, as God's Truth is suffocated and denied. But God says "Woe unto him who will take away from Truth!" In My House Truth will be. It will be upheld before the world and in all tribulation, disaster and war nothing will touch My House or this little island (Christina understood Our Lady to refer to the little island of Achill) because the Hand of God is upon it. You who receive the Truth will return to Light in My House and help. There will be signs as God will permit for the weak, to strengthen them on this journey of preparation for God's Justice. Be at peace, my child. In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

On Monday 17 September Our Blessed Lady spoke to Christina regarding Her message on 16 July 2001 concerning a third world war :
"If many people would pray much and fast, God can change hearts".

Irish Mystic Prophesised Destruction of Twin Towers by Dan Lynch

Exactly two years before The Attack on America, on September 11, 1999. I stood with Irish mystic Christina Gallagher in Battery Park, New York City at the tip of Manhattan Island in the shadows of the World Trade Centre. I remarked on the enormity of the Twin Towers as a symbol of America's economic might and our reliance on the priority of power over prayer. As I said this, Christina waved her arm towards the Twin Towers and prophesised, "Dan, if Americans don't turn back to God, all of this will be destroyed!" Both of us were speakers at a Rosary Rally for Peace.
After Christina had received an invitation to speak at this conference, Our Lady told her She desired her to go there and speak about Her message.
Christina's Spiritual Director Notes,
Christina some years before had been shown not only the destruction of the Twin Towers but destruction in many parts of the United States. What she has been shown and the knowledge given concerning future happenings is a heavy cross for Christina to bear.
Our Lady desires the people of the world, especially the youth to go to Her House of Prayer on Achill Island and receive the gift of Solace and Eternal Life.
Her words to Christina on the morning of July 16, 2001 were,
" I desire that my children of the world - especially the youth - come to My House. Those who come in the right disposition will receive not only the gift of the grace of Solace but Eternal Life at this fountain of grace."

As recent horrific events only serve to further underline the prophetic truth of what Christina has received over the past thirteen years, it is relevant to recall part of the experience given her on the night of Saturday, December 14, 1996 (and published at that time) when Jesus spoke to her,

"Soon the sign that will be given will be My Face. My Face will radiate in the skies and throughout the world more brilliantly than a thousand suns to show the triumphant glory of the Son of God and the Immaculate Heart of My Mother, for She is Immaculate - ever honoured in grace before My Father; for truly I tell you the fruit of Her Womb brought the Light of God into the world.
(When Christina asked when this sign would come, Jesus replied,)
Soon, child, soon the world will recognise its Creator. Soon the heavens and the earth will change in its seasons. The birth-pangs rage in the world but will multiply - calamity after calamity: storm after storm."
Christina was then shown the heavens open. As the sky opened there was a huge outpouring of light. It went all over the world. The Face of Jesus luminous yet transparent, in huge form, came forth. Gradually His Hands formed and then His Feet. From the wounds in His Hands and Feet brilliant light shone down so that these stood out more than the rest of His Body which could be seen in outline in the light.
As the light radiated it penetrated everywhere and billions of black lizards (signifying to Christina the widespread evil in the world) fled in all directions to escape the light, but in vain. No matter where they attempted to hide -in houses, under rocks- it was impossible for them to escape the light which penetrated the very earth itself. The world was saturated with the light.

Christina was made aware that the darkness which will come upon the world before this illumination will plunge everything into a dense obscurity.

The message of Our Lady to Christina as far back as January 1, 1995 was clearly preparing us for so many changes already in evidence in our world;

'... My daughter, the world is in its decline! World purification has begun. It will intensify more and more. Soon the water will be undrinkable. The weather will be so changeable: heat to cold to ice: rainstorms like the world has not witnessed: hurricanes, floods, earthquakes even in unexpected countries: mudslides, disasters throughout the world will increase when the Hand of My Son covers the world. North America - it will be in shambles. Ireland's inhabitants whom I call 'my children' - many are in a sleep of death, spiritual death. My daughter, pray, pray, pray for Ireland. When God's Hand comes over Ireland, it will be reduced to nothing. You have told some of My children about the Isle of Achill. They think you are crazy. They are led by the blindness of the deceiver. They believe the untrue and they are unable to read and experience the truth - only to their shame before God. My Maternal Heart weeps for Ireland and the world. It is steeping in a mud of sin...Be at peace.My peace I give you...'

Yet another poisonous attack recently inflicted upon Christina from an alarming source has provoked outrage as a letter appearing in THE IRISH FAMILY newspaper, 25 October 2001 from a Dublin based attorney (solicitor) clearly shows;

'Dear Editor,
I refer to the final evening of a parish retreat in Castlebar parish conducted by a Redemptorist team from 2nd - 9th October. I write to express my sheer disgust at the grave injustice done to Christina Gallagher by the preacher in the final talk on the 9th October when he took a cowardly swipe at what he called 'the local visionary'.(The town of Castlebar is in the archdiocese of Tuam, as also is The House of Prayer, Achill, first opened for Mrs.Gallagher by the former archbishop in 1993.) The Redemptorist priest attempted to undermine her reputation but by entirely misrepresenting and misquoting her. Firstly, he stated that Mrs Gallagher had prophesied the destruction of the Twin Towers in New York and secondly, he attributed to Mrs.Gallagher details of souls that were saved there, something she has never proclaimed. It was this latter false allegation which was the basis of his charge of 'heresy' against her. One has to bear in mind that such a charge takes on a particularly devastating dimension when applied in the context of a recipient of supernatural experiences such as Christina Gallagher.

When I spoke to her she seemed unable to understand how a priest, without checking his facts and without even meeting her would address a large crowd of people to attribute to her something she never said, and then rush to condemn it as heresy. She cannot understand how a priest could be permitted to destroy her good name in this way. When I contacted Mrs. Gallagher about the abuse of 'the pulpit' by the priest, I discovered that many others had already spoken to her before me. In expressing their disgust at the injustice done to her through such a gratuitous and public insult, some said they were enjoying the retreat up to that point, but became outraged that the priest could so callously destroy her good name.

For the record and in the interests of truth, it should be recorded that Mrs.Gallagher did not make public the prophecy of the destruction of the Twin Towers. Judge Dan Lynch, the man to whom she conveyed it privately while both were present at Battery Park, New York on the 11 September 1999 addressing a Rosary rally -wrote an article on the matter and brought it into the public domain after September 11 this year.

After the calamity she was confronted by people in the U.S. as to why she had not made the details of this prophecy public. She stressed that she tries not to give any message of a serious nature concerning public events, except through her Spiritual Director, as people who do not want to hear may say it is 'scare mongering'. Of course in her book, it is clear that she had already made known that she had been shown what was coming to New York and other parts of the U.S. and of the world. She shared with me
that having this knowledge means the constant carrying of a heavy cross without any support or help from those from whom she might have expected to receive it. Mrs. Gallagher cannot but think that the way she is treated is quite the opposite of what Christ urges His followers to practice towards each other.

She is no stranger to malicious attack, but it seems to be getting worse. Some time ago, I read in the letters page of a weekly Catholic paper about American pilgrims to Knock and The House of Prayer who encountered a priest at Knock who used the confessional several times to whisper negatively, that the Church had 'condemned her' when this is not the case. (What further shocked the writer of the letter, as I recall it, was that despite the endeavours of the pilgrims to bring this abuse of the sacrament to the attention of that priest's immediate superiors other pilgrims returned months later to find him continuing with impunity to destroy Mrs.Gallagher's good name within the sacrament.)

When the Irish Family newspaper sent a query to Archbishop Michael Neary of Tuam, on September 8th, 1999 after the Irish Mirror paper had carried a similarly incorrect and misleading impression, the following response was received
through Diocesan Secretary, Rev. Brendan Kilcoyne:

'No canonical action whatever has been taken by the ecclesiastical authorities in this area with regard to the House of Prayer in Achill or Mrs. Gallagher which would remotely correspond to the meaning of the term 'banned'. To the query - Is it accurate to say that Mrs. Gallagher, who lives in the Tuam Archdiocese, is and always has been, in good standing as a Catholic?
Fr Kilcoyne responded:
'No declaration of any kind has ever been made by ecclesiastical authority in this archdiocese which might indicate that Mrs. Gallagher's standing as a Catholic is anything other than good'.

It should be noted that the Irish Mirror subsequently issued a public apology to Mrs.Gallagher for the misleading content of the article.

A teacher whom I know well related to me recently how her friend, a religious, had been afraid to go near the House of Prayer due to the negativity she received at Knock. She felt she should not go, and then after she discussed it with the trusted teacher-friend, she was told, "Don't listen to anyone: go and see for yourself", She decided to go, and later related to the same friend how grateful she was, as she had a wonderfully uplifting day of prayer, and realised it was all negative propaganda. She is convinced the House of Prayer has to be of God because of the attacks against it and against Christina Gallagher.

What is most baffling is that people appear to have no problem relaying misinformation about Christina Gallagher and defaming her without cause yet carefully avoid the clear evidence available from the top medical experts, upholding as 'miraculous' healings reported at the House of Prayer and through the use of the Matrix Medal, thereby indicating the power of God in the work Christina carries out.

One cannot understand why there is need to plot secretly against her, why there is such eagerness to undermine her good name and why such hatred against the work when -as people would discover if they cared to investigate -she is already so burdened down with suffering.

The stress resulting from similar attacks caused Mrs.Gallagher to suffer a heart-attack some years ago and the present wave of maliciousness is again affecting her health. One wonders, "Is it her blood they want eventually? And for what reason?" '
