In November 2003 my wife was taken to hospital because of bleeding. The doctor told her she had cancer and a very rare type. She began treatment immediately and investigative surgery was then scheduled for March 2004. My wife wore the Matrix Medal, (which we had bought the previous year in the House of Prayer in Ireland), on her stomach throughout her illness always placing her trust
in Our Lady.
The news after the surgery was bad. Teresa my wife was told she now had cancer of the lymph nodes and we were told she would face aggressive chemotherapy. More tests were carried out which we were told we would have the results of in 2-3 days. However, 6 agonising days later the results returned that the cancer had gone, there was no trace of it left!
We planned to go to Ireland to the House of Prayer in Achill Island because we knew we had to give thanks, but instead we went to the Chain House of Prayer in Leander, Texas to pray and thank Our Lady Queen of Peace for Her intercession. Another miracle is that my son was with me throughout everything in the hospital and when he witnessed this miraculous cure of cancer this also changed his life.
We continue to be thankful to Our Lady Queen of Peace for the many miracles my family has received through Her intercession and Her Matrix Medal.
